If you like walking, then you will love the North York Moors and - whatever your age, or level of ability - you’ll find a route to suit your needs. The more famous walks include the Coast to Coast Walk, Lyke Wake Walk and Cleveland Way.
There is also a collection of 18 walks – known as the North Sea Trails – which, following various routes along the coast, offer a selection of excellent linear and circular trails.
The National Park authority has developed eight wheelchair accessible routes, which include trails along the rivers, lakes and coastline and through beautiful moorland, woodland and many historical sites.
